IF I HAVE A SMALL HEAD, WILL YOUR HEADBANDS SLIP OFF?
We always test our models before putting them out in the store, our concern for comfort and that the headbands fit on the head are a must for us. They are in a way our trademark. However, it is possible that certain types of headbands suit you better than others, such as "velvet", "elastic velvet", "fit twisted", "headbands". But on the whole, all our models can be suitable, just try them on and you will see.
IF I HAVE A BIG HEAD, WILL YOUR HEADBANDS GIVE ME A HEADACHE?
We always test our models before putting them out in the store, our concern is that the headbands fit on the head and do not create headaches or unnecessary pressure; these are essential elements for us. They are in a way our trademark. However, some types of headbands may be more suitable for you than others, such as the "classic", the "fit-Cotton" and the "knit". But on the whole, all our models can be suitable, just try them on and see.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I TAKE?
The Maman Hippie Brand focuses on comfortable and flattering fits. Our clothes are specially chosen for comfort with unisex cuts so you can tailor your own look by rolling up your sleeves, tying bows or tucking sections of your top into your bottom, etc.... We do this so you don't have to "go the extra size" although if you opt for the over size that's fine too. We strongly suggest that you compare a shirt that fits you comfortably with our sizing chart found in each clothing listing and in our "Size" tab for the most accurate fit.
Pould you customize my shirt to be a different color, length or style for me?
While we don't currently offer custom designs or tailoring, we do show how to customize your garment, by creating a side slit if needed as well as other techniques such as rolling up the sleeves and bottom of your garment, tying bows and more on Hippie Mom Brand's Instagram titled "tips for styling your garment" that you can do yourself.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most orders will ship within 3-5 business days of ordering, as we don't just grab these items off a shelf and put them in an envelope. Orders are subject to verification and approval before shipping and may take up to 48 hours to process.
Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
Please allow extra time during holidays. While we make every effort to ensure your order is delivered on time, Hippie Brand Mom cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as inclement weather, lost or stolen packages marked delivered by the postal service, or service interruptions.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email. Click on the tracking number to locate your order. Please note that tracking numbers can take 24-48 hours to be scanned by the postal service. Once an item has been marked shipped, we cannot cancel your order. Also, if an item has been marked "delivered" by Canada Post or Purolator but you have not received it, please allow a few days for the package to appear. In rare cases, it may be marked as delivered too early.
Yes, we do ship outside of Canada and the United States! Orders shipped to these other destinations and territories will all be sent via Canada Post. Please note that some locations may take longer to deliver due to customs. We are not responsible for additional shipping charges for overseas orders. Any packages refused or returned will be refunded for the items in the order but will not be refunded for the original shipping charges as these are the responsibility of the customer. Any packages returned by mail that the customer wishes to send back, the customer is also responsible for the secondary shipping charges.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS?
Sometimes, due to circumstances out of our hands, we expect some re-stocking from our various suppliers. In this case, unless otherwise stated, your item will be shipped upon receipt.
I RECEIVED MY ORDER, BUT I'M NOT FIT Crazy...?
To do so, please see our Returns and Exchanges tab on the site. However, it is important to us that you feel comfortable with your choices. One exchange per item can be arranged if the item is returned in unused and unworn condition with tags still attached within 30 days of receiving your product. Exchanges are not applicable on sale, final clearance, sensitive items, jewelry, gifts or custom orders. Exchanges are only applicable for orders placed in Canada.
